All-New 2016 Mini Clubman Fronts Enhanced Lineup

January 4th, 2016 by

The all-new 2016 Mini Clubman fronts an enhanced lineup for the brand, building on its predecessor’s mission of offering extreme versatility with a compact footprint.  Enhanced interior materials and ergonomics lend a feel of prestige without pretense, while a pair of new turbocharged engines ensure there’s power available anytime, anywhere.

The 2016 Mini Clubman features upgraded interior materials, lending a feeling of unpretentious exclusivity.

Dubbed the “largest Mini ever,” the 2016 Mini Clubman showcases up to 47.9 cubic feet of cargo room, enough to fit a washing machine.  Four full-sized doors, a Clubman first, simplify passenger ingress and egress, while the convenience of split rear cargo doors remains.  The largest Mini ever is also the most refined Mini ever; offering enhanced sound deadening and a variety of customizable interior trims.

The 2016 Mini Clubman features six doors for simplified passenger and cargo ingress and egress.

For those who desire even greater flexibility, the all-new 2017 Mini Countryman is also on its way.  Spy shots have revealed a muscular look combined with a longer wheelbase and higher roofline.  The new Countryman will share its platform with the Clubman as well as the 2016 Mini Cooper Hardtop and 2016 BMW X1.

Development of the 2017 Mini Countryman was performed right alongside the X1, so we’d expect increased passenger and cargo volume, premium technology, turbocharged engines, and a host of available active safety features.  The new model should continue to offer Mini’s ALL4 all-wheel-drive system for enhanced traction in slippery conditions, as well.

Beyond Clubman and Countryman, the 2016 Mini lineup continues to offer a tailored, driver-focused and worry-free motoring experience.  Paired with three years or 36,000 miles of free maintenance, unlimited assistance from our Schomp Mini Genius team, and a 50,000-plus-square-foot new facility, 2016 is a better time than ever to let Mini put a smile on your face every time you turn the key.

Come visit us at the corner of Broadway and Littleton Boulevard to test drive the all-new 2016 Mini Clubman today, and stay tuned to the Schomp Mini blog for updates on the 2017 Mini Countryman as they become available.
