DealerRater is an independent consumer review organization that recognizes one dealer per brand in each state based on DealerRater.com’s reviews.
Dealer of the Year
Schomp MINI earned Dealer of the Year based on its PowerScore™. PowerScore is based on two factors: Average DealerRater Star Ratings (up to 5 Stars), and the total number of DealerRater reviews during a calendar year.
Dealer of the Year Award criteria includes:
- 25 DealerRater online reviews or more per year and at least one per quarter
- Average Star rating of at least 4 Stars out of 5 possible.
Consumer Satisfaction Award
To win, Schomp MINI had to meet the same requirements as for Dealer of the Year, but only the top 10% of all U.S. franchise dealers qualified for the 2021 Customer Satisfaction Award. That puts Schomp MINI in some pretty outstanding company.
