What a great Mini buying experience! I worked with Justin who is professional, knowledgeable, and has a Mini tattoo (talk about a cool human). I purchased the mini from out of state, and he was organized and ready for me once I arrived to Denver. I would highly recommend working with Justin if you want to have a seamless (and fun) car buying experience.

Shelby was so great in helping us purchase a Mini. She made it extremely easy doing most of the work through text messages, delivering the car for a test drive, and so much more. I highly recommend mini as their dealership is great and the sales representatives are amazing and not pushy at all.

Just bought my first car on my own from Schomp Mini and it was an amazing experience. Shelby is a lovely agent and she got me the exact car I wanted at a lower cost than I expected. I also didn’t feel any pressure to buy. I’m so happy and would recommend Shelby and this dealership to anyone!!

I worked with Jason and Kiersten to purchase a vehicle. This was the most pleasant car buying experience! There was no hassle and no pressure. Jason made sure to let me know where we were in every step of the process and presented me with options that were best suited for me. Spent probably 24 hours with Noah over the course of 5 visits to the dealership before finally settling on a 2019 Lease. Noah was super patient and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend seeking him out personally if you're interested in Mini. Also, he found my girls' lost penguin which was amazing.

This review is for leasing a 2019 Countryman SE from Noah Toro and Jason Schmierer. There are three major aspects that justify this score: Customer Service, Professionalism, and something I'm going to call the "Customer Trust". Customer Service is your basic pleasantness with customers, not rolling your eyes when i ask dumb questions, or not getting frustrated when i ask you to explain the financing packages to me for the fifth time. Nothing fancy here, and as expected both of these gentlemen scored a solid 5/5. Professionalism is how you present yourself as well as your knowledge. Both presented themselves excellently and had very in depth knowledge. Jason explained everything from why interest rates were on the rise to why a hybrid engine doesn't need to "spool up" like my previous mini did. Noah explained in detail the finance packages and everything involved both clearly and concisely. Most importantly, they listened to my feedback and tried to find the best fit for me. They steered me away from purchases that didn't fit me as a buyer which is what makes them stand out. Again, both get a solid 5/5. Lastly, the "Customer Trust". This is basically the extra effort that people put in when they don't need to. It's going the extra mile for your customer, just because you can. I'm guessing the company has a role to play in this by giving them the ability to do so, but in any situation with any gray area, both of these men always kept my best interests in mind. For example, I came in on a Friday evening knowing I wasn't going to sign anything. I wanted to come in the next day and both had appointments but told me to come in and they would make themselves available. At 12 noon on a Saturday I walked in, and at 3pm I left in my new car. The entire time, both men were helping other customers but I never felt like my questions weren't answered, or my time wasn't valued. In fact, at 1:30 Noah apologized to me that things were taking so long and offered me a free t shirt. I understand a t shirt isn't a reason to buy a car, but this is a prime example of going above and beyond when it's unnecessary. These small touches go an incredibly long way. In less than 3 hours I test drove a car, submitted the financial applications, turned in my old lease, signed the paperwork on the new lease and left in a new car. Never once did I feel a shred of pressure, never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of, never once did I feel like my time wasn't valuable. This relaxed environment allows me to safely let my guard down and trust that these men will do what's right by me as a customer and not take advantage of me. Both men score a solid 5/5. This is my second lease through Mini and, provided they continue this level of service, I will lease or purchase every future vehicle from them. I have nothing but compliments for this dealership and nothing but praise for Noah and Jason. Thank you for making the car buying experience awesome.
