Buying experience was good. Anne was very helpful and knowledgeable. Only hang up in my mind is security questions and credit check for a cash customer. I'm a cash customer simply because I don't want my info of any kind out there. I felt violated when I was shown my credit score. If this is necessary for new car purchases, I will buy used next time. Love the people, will certainly use the service for maintenance.
Ann was a great salesperson to work with. The dealership is top notch with helpful staff and great amenities. No pressure at all. Very technologically advanced compared to other dealerships we have gone to.

I came here to buy some car accessories for my niece for Christmas, as she had just purchased herself a used Mini. I had no idea where to start or what to get and the guy at the accessory shop there was so incredibly helpful and patient and walked me through all kinds of ideas and pricing and things that he had in his car that he liked or didn't like. He was incredibly helpful. It turned into an incredibly wonderful Christmas present as I was able to put together a huge bag of accessories for her, thanks to the sales guy. I wish I could remember his name!

I came in agitated today and he totally sympathized with my situation and remarkably calmed me down and helped resolve my problem.
