David is co-owner and head design guy at The Blackline Studio, a Highlands Ranch boutique architectural firm that provides design services for residential, mixed-use and commercial clients. David’s firm offers dynamic, market-driven design that focuses on Earth-friendly sustainability and stimulating aesthetic appeal. He has received many architectural awards for his work throughout the U.S.
In addition to architectural design, David is a public speaker and opinionated essayist. He says his energetic opinions have helped him avoid more than one traffic citation. On any given weekend, you can find David at cultural events ranging from a heavy-metal concert on Colfax to a Broadway musical at the Denver Center for the Performing Arts.
