The New Schomp Mini Nears Completion

Our dearest MINIacs, your new home on Plum Valley Lane is nearing completion!  This past week, features such as the car wash, service parking lot, I.T. room, and battery backup systems were installed, bringing the building’s capabilities even more into focus.  Take a look below to see an exclusive sneak peek at how things are shaping up as we prepare for our grand opening later this spring.

From the outside, your new Schomp MINI facility has been graced by a layer of paint, as well as quick-rolling service doors and a paved parking lot.  As well, the exposed event space received power and lighting, giving a glimpse of amazing events and showcases to come.  Easily visible to passersby on C-470, the all-glass “jewel box” is nearly ready to house a new MINI thanks to our state-of-the-art indoor vehicle lift.

Walking inside, our friendly MINI Genius team will greet you, identifying your needs and ensuring that you’re escorted to the proper area.  Decorated MINIs will be on display in our two-story showroom, focusing on our many partnerships, charitable efforts, and community involvement.  Overall, the showroom and customer lounge’s respective amenities work in tandem to make the facility an incredibly modern, friendly, and inviting place to be.

Schomp MINI’s three-lane service drive features in-line advisor desks, offering a direct visual reference to identifying your preferred service consultant.  Windows allow guests to look back into the service area, inclusive of a clean, modern layout with slip-resistant flooring.  Two shifts of technicians will operate from 6am-10pm Monday through Friday and 8am-5pm Saturday to ensure flexibility and adaptability towards your schedule.  Technicians benefit from provided tool boxes and shelving, as well as a future-forward suite of diagnostic equipment and special tools for tackling even the most complex repairs.

Centralized for both Honda and MINI facilities, our modern tunnel-system car wash will provide rapid, thorough, and consistent cleaning of our sales and service vehicles.  Pre-owned vehicles will be easily identifiable and universally located, offering a simplified one-stop-shopping experience.  Further, the entrance and exit surfaces to and from our service drive and car wash are heated, ensuring maximum safety for you and your vehicle in all weather conditions.
