With the 2015 Burton US Open kicking off next Monday, Schomp MINI couldn’t be more excited to plan our trip up the mountain. Burton’s biggest event of the year will run for six days on March 2-7 in Vail, Colorado. Thousands of snowboard enthusiasts will arrive on the mountain to cheer on their favorite athletes as they complete in Slopestyle and Halfpipe runs.

If you don’t have your plans in order for next week yet, we’re giving you a guide for the road to the Burton US Open. Even though it’s only about an hour and 45 minute drive, you’ll want to stop in Idaho Springs for a bite to eat, instead of embarking in the US Open crowd in Vail.
