At MINI, it’s all about relationships

Some manufacturers and dealers go for volume, working as hard as possible to push more cars out to the masses. At Schomp MINI, we go for relationships. We remember that owning a vehicle is an experience and this is a people business. And we make friends along the way.

We know that people want to be treated with respect. They want to trust their car dealer. And they want to be recognized for their individuality. At Schomp MINI, we thrive on uniqueness. We encourage it. That’s why MINI owners reported having the best car buying experiences among mass-market brands in the United States.

The J.D. Power’s U.S. Sales Satisfaction Index Award analyzes what car buyers think of their overall car purchases. It measures what people liked about the car buying process at the dealership where they purchased, and what they didn’t like about the manufacturers and dealerships where they shopped but did not buy. They broke the ranking down into two categories: Buyer satisfaction and Rejector satisfaction.

Buyer satisfaction is based on

  • Dealer personnel
  • Delivery process
  • Working out the deal
  • Paperwork completion
  • Dealership facility
  • Dealership website

Rejector satisfaction is based on

  • Salesperson
  • Fairness of price
  • Experience negotiating
  • Paperwork completion
  • Variety of inventory
  • Dealership facility
